Living an Intuitional Life

Would you like to live a life where you are more guided by your intuition than by mental chatter, a life of greater flow, where decisions come more easily? In this workshop you can learn more about your intution and how to access it to live a life of more flow and ease, bringing you closer to what is really important to you, making decisions easier and bringing more harmony into your relationships. Learn practices and tools that can help you to connect more fully with yourself:
- How we recognise and connect to our own intuition
- The many different forms our intuition can take
- Methods of accessing our intuitive state
- Recognising how to bring a state of flow into life
Develop Your Psychic Abilities

Many people believe that certain people are ‘psychic’ and that others are not. In truth, we all have the ability to read one another’s energy fields. This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those who have some prior experience, who wish to extend their skills in this area. The exercises can be tailored to the individual participants, with varying degrees of challenge. We will combine a number of fun exercises to build and use your psychic skills with the meditative skills required to underpin the work. We will also touch on mediumship and communication with those who have passed back into the spirit world. All that is required is an open heart and a willingness to explore the inherent abilities of your own mind.
A Day with your Guides

Spend a day in a tranquil setting connecting with your spirit team and your higher self. Learn some of the techniques we can use to connect with our own guides and and those of the other workshop participants. Bring back messages of love and wisdom for yourself and one another in a quiet, peaceful day of loving connection with the wider unseen world.
EcoVisioning: Seeing the Future and Loving it

EcoVisioning is a dreaming space designed to facilitate participants in envisioning the best imaginable future for the world and inviting that future into being. Inspired by the work of Joanna Macy, Lynn McTaggart, Rob Hopkins, Maria Rodale, Abraham Hicks, Jack Canfield, Vishen Lakhiani and others, we take steps to bring a positive vision of our future a little bit closer. Co-facilitated with Feidhlim Harty (www.wetlandsystems.ie), this in-person workshop explores what author and philosopher Charles Eisenstein calls ‘the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible‘.
